The team at breakfast
We headed over to the Seattle center to do a skills assessment where we practiced changing tubes, picking up bottle from the ground, and working on riding in pacelines. Dean our cycling coach for the next few days had some great advice for us and will be riding us for the first two days and then heading down to San Fransisco to help the other teams.

The team loaded up into the vans and went for a photo shoot and lunch at Cary Park. The view of the Seattle skyline was incredible.
Virgnia Tech Guys
After the photo shoot Dean talked to us about nutrition which is going to be very important with the hours we'll be in the Saddle. We had the evening off which was our first free time since Saturday when we arrived. We hit the town and headed down to Pike Place Market for all the guys to see and experience the market. Dinner was amazing, we at at Anthony's on the water and had some amazing Alaskan salmon. The rest of the evening was filled with sight seeing and walking around town.
